Our Process

Log Inspection

Class 1 hardwood timber logs undergo stringent checks for suitability before getting cut to specific size requirements.

Peeling

Logs are peeled in uniform size and thickness veneers by high speed peeling machines.

Drying

The veneers are taken through a 2-step drying process to reduce moisture content & destroy micro orgasms.

Resin Glusing & assembly

Alternate Core veneers are glued using an in-house manufactured resin by layering on top of each other with a 90 degree cross section to ensure strength and dimensional stability.

Hot-press

The assembled veneers post pre-pressing are loaded onto a hot press for polymerization where each panel is subjected to high temperature & pressure to achieve uniform density & permanent bonding.

Dimensional cutting

The pressed ply is then trimmed horizontally and vertically on a laser guided DD Saw to achieve dimensional accuracy.

Sanding

The pressed ply is now polished under a wide-belt sanding machine for brushing on both sides to give it a smooth surface finish.

Inspection

Finished panels go through rigorous inspection for bonding strength & finish before being dispatched to the market. An in house lab conducts tests on every batch of resin & plywood to ensure consistent quality.
