DEODAR PEAK
Deodar Peak is a BWP | Marine grade ply made from Gurjan Hardwood timber veneers. Each and every panel is made with pre-press technology and is bonded at high pressure and temperature with undiluted Phenol formaldehyde resin. It is further treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, to render it resistant to marine organisms.
Constructed to withstand rigorous climatic conditions, alternate dry and wet weather in deep sea. Deodar Marine Plywood is made to be warp free, bend resistant and maintain its structural integrity for its lifetime. And that is why we stand committed behind every panel with a Lifetime Warranty.
Deodar Peak conforms to IS 710 and withstands soaking for 72 hours in boiling Water.

Interior Grade
DEODAR VALLEY
Deodar Valley is a IS 303 | BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) Grade ply made from Gurjan Hardwood timber veneers. Each and every panel is made with pre-press technology and is bonded at high pressure and temperature with undiluted Melamine Urea formaldehyde resin to ensure structural integrity and durability. The melamine content is kept at a minimum of 10% to ensure the ply has water resistant capabilities. It is further treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, to render it resistant to micro organisms.
Constructed to withstand rigorous usage, Deodar Valley Plywood is composed using A grade hardwood FCFP core veneers to ensure zero core gaps / overlapping and make the ply warp free, bend resistant. All in all Deodar Valley is built to maintain its structural integrity for its lifetime.
