Good Quality Product. Tuscan Ply has been my first choice in the ply segment for a couple of years now. More than anything else, I appreciate the consistent quality month after month.”
All our ply needs are sourced from guys at Popular Wood Crafts. A good gauge for ply quality is when the carpenters come back asking where they could buy the same ply for one of their projects.
Deodar Ply is one of the best value for money products. I try to have it in stock more than any other. The only issue I have faced is the availability which is a bit limited as it’s a fast moving product.
I have been associated with them for more than 20 years and I’ve never had to look elsewhere. Their quality and service has been satisfactory and the guys are responsive to needs time to time.

Class 1 hardwood timber logs undergo stringent checks for suitability before getting cut to specific size requirements.

Logs are peeled in uniform size and thickness veneers by high speed peeling machines.

The veneers are taken through a 2-step drying process to reduce moisture content & destroy micro orgasms.

Alternate Core veneers are glued using an in-house manufactured resin by layering on top of each other with a 90 degree cross section to ensure strength and dimensional stability.

The assembled veneers post pre-pressing are loaded onto a hot press for polymerization where each panel is subjected to high temperature & pressure to achieve uniform density & permanent bonding.

The pressed ply is then trimmed horizontally and vertically on a laser guided DD Saw to achieve dimensional accuracy.

The pressed ply is now polished under a wide-belt sanding machine for brushing on both sides to give it a smooth surface finish.

Finished panels go through rigorous inspection for bonding strength & finish before being dispatched to the market. An in house lab conducts tests on every batch of resin & plywood to ensure consistent quality.
